Obiettivi formativi
Il Modulo si prefigge di descrivere il sistema sanitario italiano e le sue modalità di finanziamento. Al fine di perimetrare il contesto in cui opera un fisioterapista si propone di descrivere l'organizzazione della Aziende sanitari locali ed ospedaliere e le tipologie di soggetti erogatori di prestazioni fisioterapiche. Poiché il contesto pubblico prevede una le prestazioni essenziali, il modulo si prefigge di analizzare i LEA: quali prestazioni di riabilitazioni sono garantite e quali escluse, descrivere le modalità con cui sono finanziate e remunerate tali prestazioni. Infine, per tener conto del fatto che il fisioterapista può operare anche nel settore privato il modulo ha l'obiettivo di chiarie il significato ed il ruolo dell'autorizzazione ed accreditamento.
The Module aims to describe the Italian health system and its financing methods. In order to circumscribe the context in which a physiotherapist operates, it is proposed to describe the organization of local and hospital healthcare companies and the types of subjects providing physiotherapy services. Since the public context provides for essential services, the module aims to analyze the LEAs: which rehabilitation services are guaranteed and which are excluded, describe how the services are financed and remunerated. Finally, to take into account the fact that the physiotherapist can also operate in the private sector, the module aims to clarify the meaning and role of the authorization and accreditation.

CONOSCENZA E CAPACITÀ DI COMPRENSIONE
Al termine del Modulo lo studente:
- Conoscerà approfonditamente gli aspetti del sistema sanitario nazionale;
- Conoscerà approfonditamente le tipologie di soggetti abilitati ad erogare prestazioni fisioterapiche;
- Conoscerà approfonditamente le modalità di remunerazione delle prestazioni e modalità di compartecipazione alla spesa da parte del cittadino
CAPACITÀ DI APPLICARE CONOSCENZA E COMPRENSIONE
Al termine del Modulo lo studente sarà in grado di:
- Individuare le tipologie di prestazioni erogabili dal SSN e quelle in ambito privato;
- Percorrere l'iter necessario per l'autorizzazione o l'accreditamento delle attività e strutture riabilitative;
- Analizzare l'atto aziendale.
AUTONOMIA DI GIUDIZIO
Lo studente saprà:
-Discutere la tipologia di prestazioni riabilitative garantite dal servizio sanitario nazionale

At the end of the module the student:
- will know in depth the aspects of the national health system;
- will know in depth the types of subjects authorized to provide physiotherapy services;
- Will know in depth the modalities of remuneration of the services and modalities of sharing the expense by the citizen
APPLYING KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING
At the end of the Module the student will be able to:
- Identify the types of services that can be provided by the NHS and those in the private sector;
- Go through the necessary procedure for the authorization or accreditation of rehabilitation activities and structures;
- Analyze the corporate deed.

Modalità di insegnamento
Lezioni frontali in aula, altrimenti, in caso di impossibilità per motivi di emergenza sanitaria, lezioni in modalità telematica o mista (totale 12 ore).
